Every order is thoughtfully prepared with care from our Hawaiʻi studio before beginning its journey to you.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

During collection launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If there are any unexpected delays, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's total weight and destination.

We offer free standard shipping on qualifying U.S. orders over $125 (before taxes and after discounts).

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary depending on your shipping destination and the carrier selected at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Guava & Co is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or delivered to an incorrect address provided during checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at aloha@guavaandco.com. We'll do our best to help if your order has not yet shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

If your tracking information indicates a delay or your package appears to be lost, please contact the carrier first. If you need additional assistance, we're always happy to help where we can.

International Shipping

International shipping availability, rates, duties, taxes, and import fees are calculated at checkout where applicable.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their destination country.
